Within the SUM4Re project, EBC plays an important role in communication, dissemination and liaison activities. Its work focuses especially on stakeholder engagement and outreach towards SMEs and the wider construction sector.
By helping translate technical developments into clear and accessible messages, EBC supports the promotion of the project and its results. It also contributes to building connections with relevant European networks and initiatives, helping SUM4Re reach the right audiences and strengthen its visibility.
A recent milestone is the launch of the CircularBuiltEU Cluster, an initiative bringing together several Horizon Europe projects working on circularity in the built environment. The cluster aims to encourage collaboration, support knowledge exchange and align dissemination efforts between projects, with the objective of maximising their collective impact.
EBC also recently organised a workshop in Brussels, gathering EU-funded projects and key stakeholders to discuss practical pathways towards circular construction. This event helped reinforce synergies between initiatives and position SUM4Re within the broader European landscape.
Through these activities, EBC contributes to making SUM4Re part of a wider movement towards a more circular, sustainable and resource-efficient construction sector in Europe.
