MOYUA, in its role as the entity responsible for the Spanish Pilot, has coordinated and guided the various visits and analyses carried out on the two buildings that the project focuses on : Anoeta train station and the old factory in Jolastokieta. Several partners have come to San Sebastian, in the Basque Country, to scan, analyse and study the buildings scheduled for demolition.

The aim of these activities is to collect information about the different construction materials and elements, with the objective of determining the added value that this information provides to the elements or materials in terms of maximising reuse and recycling.

In this regard, MOYUA has obtained detailed geometrical detailed data, elemental information on concrete and asphalt, mechanical behaviour of steel beams, scans of hidden elements, and a manual material inventory; all of which will be integrated into a 3D model that will be the basis of the C-BIM, a concept developed in SUM4RE.
