Today, we wrapped up our two-day meeting with Work Areas updates, technical discussions and strategic sessions hosted at SINTEF.
1οΈβ£ In the morning, our partners presented progress across all Work Areas, from digital tools and reuse strategies to communication, policy, and on-site testing.
2οΈβ£ In the afternoon, two focused working sessions were held:
β’ Legal recommendations for reuse policies (led by VTT) : the SUM4Re project presents 6 policy recommendations for enhancing circularity of construction products : 1. Harmonising rules for categorisation of products and waste ; 2. Methods for performance assessment and quality ; 3. Design for disassembly and reuse ; 4. Development of digital competences and infrastructure ; 5. Circular public procurement practises ; 6. Economic policy instruments.
β’ Deep dive into insights from WP1 on decision-making in circular renovation (led by De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences)
3οΈβ£ To close the day, we had the opportunity to visit KA13, one of Osloβs flagship reuse projects. π Thanks to Entra ASA for sharing practical lessons learned from the transformation of this remarkable building, combining environmental ambition with technical and economic realities.
