As part of the EU-funded SUM4RE initiative, ETS (Euskal Trenbide Sarea) is launching a pilot project at Anoeta station in Donostia-San Sebastián. The goal: promote the reuse of construction materials and integrate circular economy principles into railway infrastructure.

This initiative highlights:

• 🔁 The identification and reuse of existing materials during renovation.
• 🛠️ The use of digital and on-site assessment tools for efficient material tracking.
• 🤝 Collaboration with partners across Europe to develop scalable, sustainable construction models.

This local pilot is fully aligned with SUM4RE’s broader mission to build digital Material Banks and reduce environmental impact in the built environment.
